Each item we sell is made by hand.  Orders can sometimes become complicated and mistakes may be made and we own that.  We make every attempt to make your item to your specifications if at all possible.   Since each item is designed by you, we do not keep stock and returning your item would not work unless someone ordered the exact same item.  Materials and time were spent in the design and creation of your item(s) so refunds are rarely honored.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will attempt to make it right by replacing the order or partial order with a corrected product.   Please work with us to fix what may have gone wrong with your order.  We want all our customers to be as happy as possible with their purchase.
